This year 2025, Vanuatu will be celebrating for the first time their national Bislama week in New Zealand. Vanuatu diaspora in several regions of New Zealand along with the RSE workers will be celebrating their national language week with the best of Vanuatu's unique traditions.

 In Wellington, Te Papa Museum and Vanuatu will commence celebrations on the 27 of July 2025. Please click the link for details: Vanuatu | Te Papa

Vanuatu Wellington Community will continue the celebrations, together with the 45^th Independence Anniversary, from 28^th to 31at July 2025 at the Pataka Museum in Porirua.

Vanuatu Communities in Bay of Plenty, Auckland, Nelson-Tasman and Canterbury regions are also preparing to celebrate with various programs planned for the period 27^th July to 2 August 2025. Detailed program of activities will be posted in the days ahead.
