The Vanuatu government Senior Reintegration Officer, Mr. Alfie Lele and RSE Officer, Miss Tracey Lunabek from the Vanuatu Labor and Employment Services Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are visiting NZ from 20-26^th May 2025 to have conversations with NZ government officials and RSE employers about re-integration program opportunities in NZ.

The officials had the opportunity to meet Vanuatu High Commission, Horticulture NZ, and MBIE and Wellington the 20^th of May 2025 before making their way to Wairarapa, Hawkes Bay, Bay of Plenty and Malbrough regions.

Vanuatu is taking steps to review its reintegration policies and programs to ensure RSE and SWP workers returning from NZ and Australia are seamlessly integrated back into their communities.
