Vanuatu handicrafts are sailing well at the city of the City of Sails, Auckland Museum shop.

Since 2023, Vanuatu handicrafts have been highlighted and sold with the help of Mrs. Chris Delany and the Auckland Museum.

The Vanuatu Handicraft Associations of TORBA and MALAPMA provinces have pioneered these sales.

The Vanuatu High Commission funded a training workshop at the museum where the handicraft participants were taught how to use appropriate tools to carve the animal bones.

This is a demonstration of a growing trade partnership with the Auckland Museum and the Vanuatu Handicraft Associations.
