Vanuatu High Commissioner, HE Jimmy Nipo made a visit to NZ South Island from 2-11 January 2024. The purpose of the visit was to connect Vanuatu High Commission with all the Vanuatu diaspora, the students and RSE workers around the South Island, and to get a sense of the beautiful South. The trip covered Blenheim, Kaikoura, Christchurch, Timaru, Dunedin, Invercargill, Te Anau, Greymouth, Richmond, Nelson, and Motueka.  It was a successful visit as the Vanuatu High Commission is now well connected with Vanuatu diaspora around Aotearoa.

In Kaikoura, it was great meeting the lovely business couple & owners of Futuna Rocks Motel, Susan Lepani and Richard.
